From December 1st, I will really feel like we are in the holiday season. I'll have my Advent tea every evening, and put one decoration up in my house per day through to Christmas. I try to keep my Christmas and New Year season as stress free as possible. Staying as stress free as possible means committing a little bit of time each day for my own self-care.
